This are what we call "manjams." Man pajamas as opposed the "man-dress" from Iraq, these have pants. The Afghans where them all the time. The pants are huge. I figure you can use them as your first scrubs as a med student! Hopefully they don't get bloody though. Anyway, they're really comfortable.
