Heaven Forbid, More De-Mos

Hey everybody, my time in Afghanistan is winding down and I couldn't be happier about that. One of the main things that's helped me get through here is my faith, so for this round of Demotivators I thought I'd do a religion-based theme. I hope you like them and don't think of this installment as sacreligious.

Marinda and Czeslaw

Here's Marinda and our guide, Czeslaw Puciato. He's a professor at a Polish University, allegedly. I liked him. Marinda hopes that his German and Russian are better than his English. You can see the thickness of Hitler's bunkers here. 8 meters thick. Hitler spent over 900 days here between 1941-1944. When the Nazis pulled out, they blew the bunkers with dynamite to prevent the dirty Commies from using them. There is still some rebar wrapped around some of the trees from the blasts. Pretty cool.

Caroline at the Wolf's Lair

Caroline was surprisingly intrigued by the failed Hitler assassination attempt at the Wolf's Lair by German COL Claus von Stauffenberg. Ich Nein Stackenblocken!!
