Once again this will be backwards; I keep thinking I've got this thing figured out when they 'improve' it some more and I'm lost again. If you read the bottom first and work your way up it will be a little more logical--just a LITTLE. When I was about to slay my computer David happened to call and he quickly resolved the uploading problem--I should have known you have to be in HTML mode to add images (Stupid me since I've never had to use HTML till now and have loaded many photos to this thing).
The chosen frozen BEFORE the trek to the sled hill--note Marinda's 'ready for the snow' hat I can only presume is from Poland, where they really know how to do winter. Smiles were somewhat less enthusiastic post sledding, but a good time was had by all, with minimal crashes.
still working on getting photos oriented correctly

, but a shot of a very interesting rendition of the Nativity scene
ladies of the lunch room

guess who . . . I don't recall Groucho ever wearing a binky . . .

lots of reading

and more reading . . . er, finding Waldo here

So Hailey enjoyed wearing the Iowa buckeyes hat and yelling--especially the yelling, or more well known as Shaha Christmas cheer.
And Oakley was ready to get down!
Ben found us some moustaches--very sophisticated.

and one more stache . . . Dave seems to be enjoying it more than Oakley.
. . . and here's what was meant to be the start of the post; if you're stressed about anything just forget the rest of this mess; I'll try to do better next time.
Love, Dad/Pat/Gwampa
I finally got to trying the blog thing again, and have a few photos to add to the ones already posted. Thank you all for making the effort and expense of gathering in Kansas with us . . . it was the best Christmas ever for Gramma and me.
. . . . .. . ... . ..
Well they finally improved this blog so much that I have no idea how to upload photos at all now. What technology! I really need to log off now before I put my fist through the monitor screen.
Hope you are all well, that you have no blood pressure or stress problems (that means you've not had to load stuff on this site lately). Got an email from Ben today that he and Marinda, Emily and Caroline arrived safely to Stutgart (sp?).
